About

Who We Are!

Eminent Leadership Humanitarian Foundation (ELHF) is a registered non-profit organization committed to promoting humanitarian service, social development, and community empowerment. We believe that leadership isn’t about titles or positions — it’s about impact, service, and leaving a meaningful legacy in the lives of others.

Our work spans education, health, clean water initiatives, poverty alleviation, and youth empowerment. Through every program and project, our focus is on empowering individuals and communities to overcome challenges and thrive.

Our Founder / Leader

Led by Pastor (Dr.) Okedare (President / Visioner), ELHF’s leadership combines spiritual grounding with practical humanitarian vision. His passion for servant-leadership inspires both our volunteers and beneficiaries.

Our Vision

At ELHF, our vision is to build a brighter future through ethical leadership and compassionate service. We aim to see communities transformed by leaders who act with integrity, empathy, and purpose.

Our purpose is to partner with vulnerable groups, uplift voices, and catalyze sustainable change — not just temporary relief.

What We Believe In

Our values form the heartbeat of ELHF and guide our decisions, culture, and approach:

  • Integrity — transparency, honesty, accountability in all we do.

  • Empathy — seeing people first, understanding their stories, and caring deeply for their well-being.

  • Collaboration — working with individuals, volunteers, partners, and communities to achieve greater impact together.

  • Excellence — delivering high-quality programs, grounded in research, best practices, and committed effort.

  • Service-Mindedness — putting people’s needs ahead of recognition, striving always to uplift, not merely assist.

Our Structure

ELHF has a national presence with chapters or volunteer networks across various geopolitical zones in Nigeria, including North Central, North East, North West, South East, South South, and South West. This enables us to respond to needs locally, while learning from diverse contexts and adapting our approaches to each community’s unique priorities.

Our volunteer base is made up of dedicated individuals serving in national executive roles, regional coordinating positions, and grassroots implementation teams. Through this structure we maintain both reach and accountability.
