As part of its continuous commitment to building a generation of transformational leaders, the Eminent Leadership Humanitarian Foundation (ELHF) is set to launch a nationwide Youth Empowerment Program scheduled to begin at the end of November 2025.
This groundbreaking initiative aims to empower 10 youths from each state of the federation, providing them with skills, mentorship, and opportunities to drive positive change in their communities. In line with our commitment to inclusivity, 2 out of the 10 participants in each state will be persons with disabilities (PWDs) — ensuring that everyone, regardless of physical condition or background, has access to equal opportunities.

🌟 About the Program
The Youth Empowerment Program 2025 is designed to equip young men and women with practical vocational, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills. Participants will undergo hands-on training sessions, mentorship programs, and capacity-building workshops facilitated by experts and experienced leaders in various fields.
The program will focus on areas such as:
- Digital and vocational skills development
- Entrepreneurship and small business management
- Financial literacy and self-reliance
- Leadership and community service
- Advocacy for inclusion and equal participation
🤝 Promoting Inclusion and Equal Access
ELHF firmly believes that disability is not inability. That’s why this program intentionally reserves 20% of the participant slots for people with disabilities, creating a model of inclusivity and empowerment that celebrates diversity.
Participants with disabilities will receive tailored support to ensure full participation and accessibility throughout the training period. This approach reflects our foundation’s belief that every person deserves the chance to reach their full potential.
💡 Expected Impact
By the end of the program, at least 360 empowered young leaders (10 from each of Nigeria’s 36 states) will have gained the knowledge, skills, and confidence to contribute meaningfully to nation-building. Many of them are expected to:
- Launch their own small businesses or community initiatives
- Create job opportunities for others
- Serve as role models and advocates for inclusive development in their states
This initiative aligns with ELHF’s broader mission to raise servant leaders who will drive social and economic transformation across Nigeria and beyond.
